Delete your Baari account

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Baari and sign in.
  2. Go to Account (shop staff: Shop → Account).
  3. Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out on that device.

Without the app

If you can no longer open the app, email baari.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Baari account". We will confirm it is your account and delete it within 30 days, and reply when it is done.

What happens to your data

Deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number
  • Your password and sign-in
  • Your reviews
  • Your notifications
  • Your referral code and referral rewards
  • Your device push tokens
  • Your staff membership at any shop

Kept by each shop you visited

  • The shop's own booking records — date, time, services, price, and the name and phone number you gave for that booking
  • The shop's customer record of your visits, spending and loyalty points there

These are the shop's business records. After deletion they are no longer linked to any Baari account, and your points can no longer be used.

Your location is never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there. Copies of deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until they are overwritten.

Shop owners

An account that owns a shop cannot be deleted while the shop exists, so that a live business and its staff are not cut off without warning. Email baari.support@gmail.com to close the shop or transfer it to someone else; then you can delete your account as above.

ایپ میں (سب سے آسان)

  1. باری کھولیں اور سائن اِن کریں۔
  2. اکاؤنٹ پر جائیں (دکان کا عملہ: دکان ← اکاؤنٹ)۔
  3. نیچے اکاؤنٹ حذف کریں تک جائیں، DELETE لکھیں اور تصدیق کریں۔

اکاؤنٹ فوراً حذف ہو جاتا ہے اور یہ عمل واپس نہیں ہو سکتا۔

ایپ کے بغیر

اگر آپ ایپ نہیں کھول سکتے تو اپنے اکاؤنٹ والے ای میل سے baari.support@gmail.com پر "Delete my باری account" کے عنوان سے ای میل کریں۔ ہم تصدیق کے بعد 30 دن کے اندر اکاؤنٹ حذف کر کے آپ کو جواب دیں گے۔

ہر دکان کے پاس رہتا ہے

  • دکان کا اپنا بکنگ ریکارڈ — تاریخ، وقت، سروسز، قیمت، اور بکنگ کے وقت دیا گیا نام اور فون
  • اس دکان پر آپ کے وزٹس، خرچ اور لائلٹی پوائنٹس کا ریکارڈ

یہ دکان کا کاروباری ریکارڈ ہے۔ حذف کرنے کے بعد یہ کسی اکاؤنٹ سے منسلک نہیں رہتا اور پوائنٹس استعمال نہیں ہو سکتے۔

دکان کے مالکان

جس اکاؤنٹ کی دکان موجود ہو وہ حذف نہیں ہو سکتا۔ دکان بند یا منتقل کرنے کے لیے baari.support@gmail.com پر ای میل کریں، پھر اوپر کے طریقے سے اکاؤنٹ حذف کریں۔
